MINEPLAY
Privacy & player data
How this website uses player records, appeals and staff accounts.
Public arena records
The arena pages display Minecraft player UUIDs, recorded player names, match contributions and game-currency settlement information supplied by the Mineplay server. Player profiles are identified by UUID; a name recorded in an older match may differ from a player’s current name.
The website stores a separate reporting copy of the records. It does not receive player inventories, equipment recovery tokens, private payment-provider details or administrator audit notes through the match integration.
Moderation records and appeals
When moderation is enabled, public history shows Minecraft names and UUIDs, bans, mutes and Community Service records, their public reasons and confirmed server status. Warnings and kicks are private by default. Private staff notes, appeal statements and staff conversations are not included in public history.
Your appeal link grants access to your punishment and appeal conversation. Keep it private. You do not need a website account to appeal. The website stores the link's token as a hash for lookup and an encrypted copy for reliable delivery to the server. Links expire and staff can replace them. Moderation and appeal records remain available to authorised staff for review and auditing.
Staff accounts
Staff sign in with individual accounts and an authenticator. Essential security cookies keep staff signed in and protect forms against forged submissions. Account changes and moderation actions are recorded in a private audit history. Public registration is not available.
Browsing this site
This site has no advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting service may retain basic access and error logs. Public pages use Google Fonts; your browser connects to Google to download the font files. Staff and private appeal pages use local assets and do not load third-party fonts or player images. Form security cookies may be used when you submit an appeal.
Player skins
Player faces are supplied by MCHeads using Minecraft player UUIDs, including Bedrock Floodgate UUIDs. Your browser connects to MCHeads to load these images, sharing your IP address and the requested UUID. We send no page referrer with these requests. Skins may be cached; they do not show how a player looked at the time of a match. A default face appears when an image cannot be loaded.
External services
Discord and the world map open as separate services. Their operators determine how information is handled there. Copying the server address only places it on your device’s clipboard.
Questions about a record
Contact the Mineplay team through our Discord about a displayed name, match, payout or privacy concern. Use your private appeal link to challenge a punishment; do not post the link in Discord. The Minecraft server handles rewards and enforcement; the website shows its reported results.
