Know what the command does
/russianroulette starts an optional in-game chance round immediately. You need at least $1,000 of server money, and there is no confirmation screen.
Most outcomes kill your Minecraft character and deduct money. Your items and XP are then subject to the death rules where you are playing. Do not assume that the command protects your inventory.
The two possible results
Five out of six possible results deduct $1,000 and kill your character. The remaining one out of six adds $5,000 to your balance and leaves your character alive.
The $1,000 is a balance requirement, not an entry fee deducted from every round. It is deducted on the losing outcome only; a successful winning payment adds the full $5,000.
If the losing-outcome withdrawal fails, the round is cancelled before the character is killed. If a winning payment fails, the game tells you to contact staff.
